SHIPPING AND RETURNS
You can choose to collect your order at our offices in Via Umberto I° n. 134/6, 35020 Casalserugo (PD) or receive it directly at your home.
Shipping is free in Italy for orders over €90 or via Standard Courier at a rate of €5 if you want to receive your order within 3-5 working days or via Express Courier at a rate of €10 if you want to receive your order within 1-2 working days.
Shipping is free in Europe for orders over €115 or via Standard Courier at a rate of €12 if you want to receive your order within 5 working days or via Express Courier at a rate of €15 if you want to receive your order within 1-3 working days.
Shipping is free in non-EU countries and in the rest of the world for orders over €180 or via Standard Courier at a rate of €35 if you want to receive your order within 3-5 working days.
For non-EU countries, any taxes and charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
By paying by bank transfer, the products will be shipped only after having verified the crediting of the company's current account. In the current state of the banking system, the transferred amount is credited to the beneficiary's current account no earlier than 3/5 working days from the date of the transfer.
At the time of delivery, your presence or that of a person you represent or trust is required to verify that:
– the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or in any case compliant with the standard characteristics of the same;
– that the number of packages received corresponds to that indicated on the order confirmation.
Any complaints regarding the non-integrity of the packaging and its number must be immediately raised with the carrier; in the absence of these, the products are considered to have been delivered correctly.
When the courier collects your order from our warehouses, you will receive a secure notification to the email address or phone number indicated in the order form, and with a few steps you can, if you wish, monitor the delivery on the courier's website with the tracking number provided.
If no one is present at the time of delivery, the Courier will leave a paper or electronic notice, with information on the nearest collection point where you can collect your order. The products will remain at the collection point for a total of 10 days within which you are required to collect the package.
If the package is not collected from the courier's collection point within 10 days, it will be returned to the Company's warehouse, which will refund the customer, deducting the shipping costs necessary for the return and storage costs of €1.00 per day.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind and return the products purchased. You will have to send us the products to be returned via Courier or Postal Service and communicate your decision by email. As soon as we receive the products and verify their integrity, we will refund the full amount of the returned goods. Alternatively, you can choose to change the color and/or size and we will send you the goods at our expense. Before returning the goods, make sure that the items have not been worn, washed and are not damaged. All items must be returned with the original packaging, including the labels with which the item was supplied. Digital gift vouchers cannot be returned. Customized products:
According to art. 59, letter C of the Consumer Code, it eliminates the right of withdrawal in cases where the goods sold are made "to measure" or "personalized" based on the choices of the end customer.
