The fabrics we use are natural, biodegradable or recycled and are all Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified , meaning they are free from substances harmful to health. In addition, our organic cotton is also GOTS certified, while the beech fiber is naturally antibacterial and hypoallergenic. All our garments are extremely soft and delicate on the skin.

Where are the garments produced?

Small family-run businesses , local businesses where the work of each individual counts and where manufacturing is still an art. 100% Italian production represents a guarantee of unique quality. The laboratories we collaborate with are at a maximum distance of 70 km from our headquarters. Our products are in fact subjected to strict production standards that only true Made in Italy can guarantee, including the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® which certifies the harmlessness to human health and the environment of the dyes used.

Can I wash my clothes in the washing machine?

CASAGiN garments can be machine washed at 30°C. The natural fibres used are as resistant as, if not more so than, traditional cotton and, compared to cotton, tend to shrink and fade much less. Over time, they may form pilling. So, remember that hand washing is the most recommended and most eco-friendly choice!

How do I choose the right size for me?

CASAGiN underwear has a loose fit. That's why there are only two sizes S/M and L/XL. Consult the size chart to find the one that best suits you .

CASAGiN socks are characterized by high elasticity that allows you to wear more sizes. After the first wash they reduce in size and then resume the shape best suited to the foot of the wearer.

Can I return purchased products?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind and return the products purchased. You will have to send us the products to be returned via Courier or Postal Service and communicate your decision via email. As soon as we receive the products and verify their integrity, we will refund the full amount of the returned goods. Alternatively, you can choose to change the color and/or size and we will send you the goods at our expense. Before returning the goods, make sure that the items have not been worn, washed and are not damaged. All items must be returned with the original packaging, including the labels with which the item was supplied. Digital gift vouchers cannot be returned.
